I am Jennifer Custer, an experienced educator ready to serve our communities on the Chicago School Board. I have spent a decade and a half working as a teacher, administrator, and union president. I care deeply about education because I believe that is the great equalizer in our society, and strong schools mean strong communities. My husband and I are proud CPS parents, raising two sons on the Northwest Side and while I am concerned about the future of Chicago Public Schools, I am optimistic that we, together as a community, can make our schools better than they are today.
